LED High Bay Light with 120° Wide Beam

The ORIXCO LED High Bay Light combines a 100W LED source with a wide reflector and 120° beam angle for broad industrial illumination.

The luminaire produces 9,000 lumens and spreads the output across a wide area below the fixture. Therefore, it suits warehouses, workshops, storage spaces, production areas and other commercial or industrial environments where broad general lighting matters more than a narrow concentrated beam.

Its reflector-style construction also gives the fitting a familiar industrial high-bay appearance while using a modern integrated LED light source.

9,000lm Output from 100W

The 100W LED system produces 9,000 lumens, equivalent to approximately 90 lm/W.

Moreover, the wide 120° distribution increases horizontal coverage across the floor. Consequently, designers can use the fitting in open spaces where a softer and broader illumination pattern works better than a narrow-beam high bay.

However, mounting height still affects final illuminance. Therefore, designers should coordinate fixture spacing with the required lux level, working-plane height and layout of racks or machinery.

120° Beam Distribution

The 120° beam angle creates a notably wide lighting pattern.

As a result, the LED High Bay Light spreads illumination over a larger floor area below each mounting point. This distribution suits relatively open layouts, workshops and general-purpose industrial zones.

In contrast, projects with very high mounting positions or narrow warehouse aisles may require a tighter optical distribution. For that reason, the required beam angle should always match the project geometry.

Wide Industrial Reflector

The large reflector surrounds the LED source and helps shape the broad downward light distribution.

Meanwhile, the deep reflector also reduces direct exposure to the LED array from many normal viewing positions below the luminaire.

The complete fitting measures Ø410 × 210mm, giving it a substantial reflector profile while maintaining a compact upper LED housing.

Aluminum + PC Construction

The fixture combines aluminum and PC components.

Aluminum forms the main structural housing, while the PC section works around the optical assembly. In addition, ventilation openings around the upper housing support air movement around the luminaire body.

The dark industrial finish also integrates easily with exposed ceilings, steel structures and warehouse services.

CRI ≥80

The light source offers a CRI of at least 80.

Consequently, the luminaire supports practical colour recognition for general warehouse, storage, workshop and production activities.

AC220–240V Operation

The luminaire operates from AC220–240V at 50/60Hz, matching common commercial and industrial electrical supplies.

In addition, the fixture includes 4kV surge protection for additional electrical protection against short voltage disturbances within its specified rating.
