Linea Box Aluminium Profile

The Linea Box Aluminium Profile is a clean rectangular LED channel designed for architectural linear lighting. Its straight-sided box shape suits both surface-mounted and recessed installations, making it useful for ceilings, walls, cabinetry, shelving and custom joinery.

The profile uses anodised 6063-T5 aluminium and comes in a standard 2 m length. It supports high-density 2835 LED strip at 120 LEDs/m as well as COB LED strip.

Simple Box-Shaped Construction

A straight rectangular body gives the Linea Box Aluminium Profile its distinctive appearance.

For surface mounting, the profile creates a neat and defined linear element on the finished surface. Alternatively, installers can place the profile inside a prepared recess when the project requires a more integrated lighting detail.

Because the extrusion has no projecting trim flanges, its outer walls remain compact and straightforward. Therefore, it works particularly well for furniture details, cabinetry and architectural lines where a clean rectangular section suits the design.

Smooth Linear Light

The internal channel accepts 2835 LED strip at 120 LEDs/m.

Higher LED density reduces the visible spacing between individual light points. Meanwhile, COB LED strip creates an even more continuous illuminated line. Both strip types pair well with the diffused cover for architectural applications where a soft and consistent lighting effect is required.

The profile can therefore support anything from short illuminated furniture details to longer continuous lighting runs.

Diffused Polycarbonate Cover

A diffused polycarbonate (PC) cover closes the upper section of the aluminium channel.

The diffuser conceals the LED strip and softens direct light from the LEDs. As a result, the visible surface appears cleaner than an exposed strip installation.

It also keeps the LED tape protected inside the aluminium housing.

6063-T5 Aluminium

The Linea Box Aluminium Profile uses anodised 6063-T5 aluminium for its main extrusion.

The aluminium body creates a rigid mounting surface for the LED strip. In addition, it transfers heat away from the LED PCB and supports more stable operation than mounting LED tape directly onto common finishing materials.

Its anodised surface also gives the extrusion a clean metallic finish, which suits applications where the profile remains visible.

Standard length is 2 m, while installers can cut the profile to suit individual project dimensions.
