The ORIX Ceiling Joint Cover Profile creates a precise linear joint within gypsum ceilings while keeping the finished surface clean and controlled. Its extruded aluminium body integrates into the ceiling construction and forms a narrow central opening rather than leaving contractors to build the joint manually.

The profile also works with stretch and fabric ceiling systems, giving designers one consistent detail across different ceiling constructions.

Ceiling Joint Cover Profile with a 5.5 mm Joint

A 5.5 mm central opening defines the visible joint. The profile holds this dimension continuously along the installation, which gives long ceiling lines a more accurate and deliberate appearance.

The main section measures approximately 37.5 mm across the upper body, while the lower joint section measures approximately 10.5 mm overall. These proportions keep most of the aluminium integrated within the ceiling structure while leaving only the narrow linear detail exposed.

Unlike a wide shadow gap, this profile creates a much finer separation. It works particularly well where the ceiling design needs a subtle joint rather than a dominant recessed feature.

Gypsum, Stretch and Fabric Ceilings

Gypsum ceilings remain the primary application. However, the profile geometry also accommodates stretch and fabric ceiling systems.
