UFO LED High Bay for Industrial Lighting

The ORIXCO UFO LED High Bay combines a compact industrial body with a powerful 15,000-lumen output. Its 100W LED system reaches approximately 150 lm/W, so the fixture can produce strong overhead illumination while maintaining efficient power consumption.

The luminaire works well in warehouses, workshops, production facilities, storage areas and logistics spaces. Moreover, its circular UFO format takes up less visual space than many traditional industrial high-bay fixtures.

A black aluminum housing forms the main structure, while the PC optical section controls and protects the LED light source. In addition, the radial rear structure increases the available housing surface area and maintains the characteristic low-profile UFO appearance.

100W UFO LED High Bay Performance

The fixture produces 15,000 lumens from only 100W. Therefore, its approximate luminous efficacy reaches 150 lm/W.

A 90° beam angle distributes the light across a broad working area. At the same time, the beam keeps enough concentration below the fixture for general industrial lighting.

Lighting designers should coordinate the final spacing with mounting height, target illuminance and floor layout. For example, warehouse racks, production machinery and aisle widths can significantly affect the number and position of high-bay luminaires.

The fixture also maintains a CRI above 80. Consequently, workers can distinguish colours clearly enough for general warehouse, production and commercial tasks.

Compact Ø270 × 90mm Body

The UFO LED High Bay measures only Ø270 × 90mm.

Although the fixture generates 15,000 lumens, its shallow 90mm profile keeps the overall body compact. Therefore, it sits neatly below high industrial ceilings without the bulk associated with conventional high-bay housings.

Aluminum forms the main body because it combines structural strength with effective thermal characteristics. Meanwhile, the PC optical section covers the LED area and forms the front lighting surface.

90° Beam Distribution

The 90° optic creates a broad distribution for open industrial areas. As a result, each fixture can illuminate a useful floor area rather than concentrating all output into a narrow spot.

However, mounting height still affects the final illumination pattern. Higher mounting positions increase coverage, while lower mounting positions concentrate more light on the working plane.

For larger projects, a lighting calculation can determine fixture quantity, spacing, average lux and uniformity before installation.

Electrical Characteristics

The luminaire operates on AC220–240V at 50/60Hz, so it matches standard electrical supplies commonly used in UAE commercial and industrial projects.

In addition, the fixture includes 4kV surge protection. This extra electrical protection helps the luminaire handle short voltage disturbances within its specified surge level.

The specified power factor exceeds 0.5.
