Linea Plaster-In Aluminium Profile

The Linea Plaster-In Aluminium Profile is a trimless recessed LED channel designed to integrate directly into gypsum ceilings and walls. Its perforated side wings become part of the surrounding plaster finish, leaving only the illuminated diffuser visible after installation.

The result is a continuous architectural line of light with no exposed mounting flange.

Built Into the Surface

The extended fixing wings distinguish this profile from conventional recessed channels.

Installers secure the profile within the ceiling or wall construction before applying the final plaster layer. The perforated wings give the finishing compound a strong mechanical key and allow the surrounding surface to continue across the edges of the extrusion.

Once finished, the aluminium fixing structure disappears behind the plaster. Only the central diffuser remains visible.

This construction works particularly well for minimalist interiors where lighting needs to feel integrated into the architecture rather than installed onto it.

Trimless Linear Lighting

There is no visible decorative trim around the illuminated opening.

Instead, the finished ceiling or wall meets the edge of the light line directly. Consequently, long installations can create very precise architectural lines across gypsum surfaces.

Straight runs can form part of ceiling compositions, wall details, corridors, circulation areas or custom interior features. The profile can also work as a controlled linear element within more complex lighting layouts.

Diffused Light Surface

A diffused cover closes the central lighting channel and conceals the LED strip inside.

The diffuser spreads the LED output across the visible aperture, creating a softer linear surface while keeping the internal components hidden. For continuous lines with minimal visible LED points, high-density or COB LED strips are particularly suitable.

Designed for Plasterboard Installation

The side wings include repeated openings for mechanical fixing and plaster adhesion.

Their wide format stabilises the profile within the surrounding construction and creates a controlled transition between aluminium and gypsum finishing materials. Careful alignment during installation keeps the final light line straight once plastering and painting are complete.
