Linea Curved Plaster-In Aluminium Profile

The Linea Curved Plaster-In Aluminium Profile is a trimless recessed LED channel designed for smooth architectural transitions in drywall ceilings and walls. Its curved outer form integrates into the plaster finish, while the central diffuser creates a continuous illuminated line.

Made from anodised 6063-T5 aluminium, the profile comes in a standard 2 m length and uses a 3 mm thick diffused polycarbonate cover.

Curved Architectural Detail

The curved section gives this profile a softer architectural form than a conventional straight recessed channel.

It works particularly well where ceilings, walls or custom gypsum details use rounded transitions. Once installed, the profile follows the surrounding geometry while keeping the LED source hidden inside the extrusion.

The light line therefore becomes part of the drywall detail rather than appearing as a separate fitting.

Trimless Drywall Installation

The profile installs directly into drywall construction.

Its plaster-in edges sit beneath the finishing compound, allowing the surrounding surface to continue over the fixing areas. After plastering and painting, the installation hardware disappears and only the diffused light opening remains visible.

This construction creates a clean trimless finish with no exposed aluminium border around the illuminated surface.

3 mm Diffused PC Cover

A 3 mm thick diffused polycarbonate cover closes the lighting channel.

The thicker diffuser hides the LED strip and softens direct LED output across the visible surface. Meanwhile, its curved form follows the profile geometry and maintains a continuous architectural appearance along the installation.

For a smoother light line, the profile works with 2835 LED strip at 120 LEDs/m.

6063-T5 Aluminium Body

The extrusion uses anodised 6063-T5 aluminium.

The aluminium body creates a rigid mounting base for the LED strip and assists with heat transfer away from the LED PCB. Standard profile length is 2 metres, while installers can cut individual sections to suit the drywall layout.
