ORIX Axis COB LED Module 12W

Product Description

The ORIX Axis COB LED Module 12W is a compact light engine built for recessed architectural spotlighting. A concentrated COB source sits behind the optical reflector, while the black finned aluminum body surrounds the rear of the module.

Its specification combines 12W power, 2000 lm luminous flux and CRI 90, making it suitable for interiors where strong light output and accurate color appearance are required from a compact source.

The module produces 2000 lumens at 12W.

Unlike an array of individually visible LEDs, the COB configuration concentrates the light-emitting area at the center of the optical system. The reflector then shapes the output from this compact source for focused architectural lighting.

This format works naturally for display areas, merchandise, artwork, feature surfaces and other locations where the lighting design calls for a defined spotlight rather than broad ambient illumination.

CRI 90

A CRI 90 specification supports accurate rendering of colors, materials and finishes.

Wood, fabrics, painted surfaces, merchandise and decorative materials retain a more natural appearance under the light, which is particularly useful in residential, retail and hospitality interiors.

Three color temperatures

The Axis module is available in 3000K, 4000K and 6500K.

3000K gives the light a warm-white character.
4000K creates a neutral-white appearance.
6500K produces a cooler white output.

The same module format can therefore be specified across projects with different interior lighting requirements.

Finned aluminum body

Deep fins run around the rear aluminum housing, increasing the exposed surface area of the module.

The cylindrical construction keeps the light engine compact while giving the rear section a clear thermal-management structure. Its black finish also integrates neatly with dark recessed spotlight components.

Ø60 mm cut-out

The recessed configuration uses a Ø60 mm cut-out, with an Ø130 mm outer size.

The round format suits individual accent points as well as repeated ceiling arrangements where consistent alignment and spacing are important.
