The MEAN WELL ELG-200-24A LED Driver is a high-power AC/DC driver for professional 24V LED lighting systems. It supplies 24V DC, up to 8.4A, and up to 201.6W output power under rated operating conditions.
Its wide 100–305VAC input range supports architectural, commercial, industrial, façade, and outdoor lighting projects. Moreover, the ELG-200 series combines constant-voltage and constant-current operation in a robust metal enclosure.
Adjustable 24V Output
The A-version includes built-in potentiometers for adjusting both voltage and current.
Output voltage can be adjusted from approximately 22.4V to 25.6V DC, while the current adjustment range runs from 4.2A to 8.4A. Therefore, installers can tune the driver more closely to the electrical requirements of the connected LED load.
The constant-current operating region covers 12–24V.
Built for High-Power LED Systems
With more than 200W available on the 24V model, the ELG-200-24A can support demanding LED installations such as linear lighting, façade systems, floodlights, architectural luminaires, signage, and other high-output 24V applications.
At lower input voltages, output derating may apply. Therefore, designers should consider the available mains voltage when calculating the final connected load.
Electrical Performance
The 24V version reaches approximately 92% typical efficiency.
In addition, active power factor correction achieves a power factor of at least 0.95 at 230VAC under full load. No-load consumption for the A-type remains below 0.5W.
