Product Description
The ORIX Axis Single Recessed Spotlight Frame combines a clean square outer trim with a round central aperture for compact recessed lighting layouts. Its aluminum construction creates a precise ceiling finish, while the recessed inner section adds visual depth around the light source.
With an 82 mm outer size and Ø75 mm cut-out, the frame keeps the visible ceiling footprint small.
Square outside, round inside
The contrast between the square trim and circular aperture gives the Axis frame a distinctive architectural character.
A recessed inner surface leads toward the round opening rather than leaving the light source directly at ceiling level. Meanwhile, the angled internal geometry adds depth to the front of the fitting and creates a more defined transition between the ceiling and the optical module.
The compact proportions work especially well when several fittings need to form a regular ceiling grid. Designers can align the square outer frames while retaining the softer geometry of a circular light opening.
Ø75 mm cut-out
Installation requires a Ø75 mm ceiling cut-out.
Spring clips secure the frame within the ceiling opening, while the 82 mm outer trim covers the cut edge. Therefore, only a narrow border remains visible around the recessed opening after installation.
The small difference between the cut-out and outer dimension also keeps the frame visually compact.
Aluminum construction
The frame uses aluminum, giving the trim a rigid structure and sharply defined edges.
Its simple proportions suit contemporary recessed lighting schemes in residential interiors, boutiques, reception areas, corridors and other spaces where compact ceiling details are preferred.
