ORIX Axis Square Frame

Product Description

The ORIX Axis Square Frame combines a clean square outer trim with a deep round inner aperture, creating a strong architectural contrast around the light source. Its aluminum construction keeps the frame compact and rigid, while the black internal cone adds depth against the white exterior.

The frame measures 100 × 100 mm and fits a Ø70 mm cut-out.

Square outside, round inside

The defining feature is its mixed geometry.

A square outer face creates a structured ceiling detail, while the circular black opening keeps the optical centre visually focused. The contrast between white and black also gives the fitting more depth than a conventional single-color frame.

Because of this combination, Axis Square works particularly well in contemporary interiors where lighting fixtures form part of the ceiling design.

Deep black aperture

The black inner section recesses the lamp position away from the front surface.

As a result, the light source appears less exposed from common viewing angles. At the same time, the dark internal finish limits bright reflections around the opening and gives the frame a cleaner, more controlled appearance.

The circular aperture also allows the lighting element to remain visually distinct within the square frame.

The visible outer size is 100 × 100 mm, while the required ceiling opening is Ø70 mm.

Aluminum construction gives the frame a precise shape and durable structure. Meanwhile, integrated spring clips hold the fitting securely inside the prepared opening.

Its compact proportions make it suitable for individual light points as well as repeated ceiling layouts.
