Linea Trimmed Aluminium Profile

The Linea Trimmed Aluminium Profile is a recessed aluminium channel for architectural LED strip lighting. Its side trims sit over the edges of the recess, creating a neat transition between the profile and the surrounding ceiling, wall or joinery finish.

Made from anodised 6063-T5 aluminium, the profile gives the LED strip a rigid mounting surface and supports heat transfer away from the LED PCB. It comes in a standard 2-metre length and works with both high-density 2835 LED strip and COB LED strip.

Clean Recessed Finish

The extended side trims are the main feature of this profile.

During installation, the central channel sits inside the prepared recess while the trims cover the cut edges around it. As a result, the finished line looks more controlled and requires less visual precision at the edge of the opening than a trimless profile.

This construction suits ceilings, walls, cabinetry, shelving and custom joinery where the light line needs to sit flush within the architectural surface.

Suitable for 2835 and COB LED Strip

The internal channel supports 2835 LED strip at 120 LEDs/m as well as COB LED strip.

High-density 2835 strip reduces the visible spacing between LEDs, while COB strip creates an even more continuous line of light. Therefore, both options work well where a smooth linear appearance is required.

Diffused Polycarbonate Cover

A diffused polycarbonate cover closes the front of the profile and softens the direct light from the LED strip.

It also conceals the strip inside the channel, so the installation reads as a clean illuminated line rather than exposed LED tape.

6063-T5 Aluminium Construction

The profile uses anodised 6063-T5 aluminium for a rigid and durable extrusion.

Its aluminium base also assists with thermal management and keeps the LED strip properly supported throughout the length of the installation.

Standard length is 2 m, and installers can cut the profile to suit the required project dimensions.
