UFO LED High Bay for Industrial Lighting

The ORIXCO UFO LED High Bay combines a compact 100W body with 12,000 lumens of light output. Its circular low-profile housing suits warehouses, workshops, production facilities, logistics areas and other industrial spaces with elevated mounting positions.

Moreover, the fixture uses a 90° beam angle, which balances floor coverage with useful intensity below the luminaire. Therefore, it works well for general industrial lighting where designers need more control than a very wide-beam high bay can provide.

The aluminum and PC construction keeps the body compact at only Ø236 × 101mm.

The 100W LED system produces 12,000 lumens, which equals approximately 120 lm/W.

As a result, the fitting offers substantial overhead illumination without requiring a large housing. In addition, the compact diameter makes it easier to integrate multiple fixtures into warehouse or workshop layouts.

Final fixture quantity should depend on the mounting height, target lux level and required uniformity. For example, shelving, machinery and aisle geometry can change the ideal spacing between luminaires.

90° Beam Distribution

The UFO LED High Bay uses a 90° beam angle to create a controlled downward lighting pattern.

Compared with a very wide distribution, the 90° beam keeps more light concentrated within the working area below each luminaire. Therefore, it suits industrial spaces where designers want useful coverage without spreading too much light outside the target zone.

Meanwhile, the circular optical surface distributes the LED output evenly across the front of the fixture.

CRI ≥85

The LED source offers a CRI of at least 85.

Consequently, the luminaire supports clearer colour recognition than standard CRI 80 industrial lighting. This can benefit workshops, production areas and working environments where operators regularly identify materials, finishes or colour-coded components.

Compact Ø236 × 101mm Body

The fitting measures only Ø236 × 101mm, giving it a compact UFO-style profile.

Its aluminum structure forms the main body, while PC forms part of the optical assembly. In addition, the integrated suspension eye supports conventional high-bay hanging installation.

The black housing also blends easily with exposed ceilings, steel structures and industrial services.

Electrical Performance

The luminaire operates across a broad AC100–240V, 50/60Hz input range.

Furthermore, its power factor exceeds 0.9, making it suitable for professional commercial and industrial electrical installations.

The fitting also includes 4kV surge protection. Therefore, the electrical system has added protection against short voltage surge events within its specified rating.
