LED High Bay Light for Industrial Projects

The ORIXCO LED High Bay Light combines a compact UFO-style housing with power options of 100W, 120W and 150W. The series reaches a specified luminous output of 22,500 lumens, making it suitable for warehouses, factories, workshops, logistics facilities and other spaces with high mounting positions.

Moreover, the luminaire uses a Philips power supply and Philips lamp beads. Together with a power factor above 0.9, 6kV surge protection and a 7-year warranty, the fitting targets professional projects where electrical performance and long-term product support matter.

100W, 120W and 150W Options

The fixture comes in three power configurations: 100W, 120W and 150W. Therefore, designers and contractors can select the required power level according to mounting height, target illuminance and project layout.

The specified maximum luminous output reaches 22,500 lm. For larger warehouses, designers should calculate fixture spacing according to rack positions, aisle widths, mounting height and required lux levels rather than selecting luminaires by wattage alone.

Meanwhile, the compact Ø260 × 145mm body keeps the fixture considerably smaller than traditional reflector-style high bays.

90° Beam Distribution

A 90° beam angle creates a broad downward distribution for general industrial illumination.

As a result, the LED High Bay Light can cover a useful floor area beneath each mounting point without producing the very concentrated pattern associated with narrow-beam optics. Therefore, the 90° version works particularly well in open production areas, warehouses and workshops.

For project lighting calculations, mounting height and fixture spacing will determine the final average illuminance and uniformity.

Philips Power Supply and LED Components

The specified configuration uses a Philips power supply together with Philips lamp beads.

In addition, the electrical system operates across a broad AC100–240V, 50/60Hz input range. Consequently, the fixture can accommodate different project electrical supplies within its specified voltage range.

A power factor above 0.9 also supports professional commercial and industrial installations.

6kV Surge Protection

The fixture includes 6kV surge protection.

Industrial electrical networks can experience switching events and temporary voltage disturbances. Therefore, the additional surge rating adds electrical protection to the luminaire within its specified 6kV level.

Moreover, the combination of aluminum and PC forms a compact housing around the LED and optical components.

CRI ≥80

With a CRI of at least 80, the luminaire maintains practical colour recognition for general industrial working environments.

Compact UFO High Bay Design

The LED High Bay Light measures only Ø260 × 145mm.

Its circular aluminum and PC construction creates a compact suspended fixture, while the integrated hanging eye simplifies conventional high-bay suspension. Furthermore, the radial housing structure supports the thermal design without requiring a large external reflector.

The black industrial finish also keeps the fitting visually unobtrusive when installed against exposed ceilings and structural services.
